1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the cb2222 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Players must notify cb2222 promptly of any changes to their registered personal details.
• cb2222 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal.
• Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information will be closed without notice, and any Balance held in such Accounts will be forfeited.
• Players must ensure that their registered email address and mobile number are functional and accessible, as these are the primary communication channels used by cb2222 for account-related notifications.

4. Age Verification

cb2222 operates a strict 18+ policy. The Platform does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register an Account, make a deposit, or place a wager. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal from the Platform.

Players who are found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their Account immediately closed. Any deposits made by an underage Player will be returned to the source payment method, less any administrative costs incurred. No winnings or bonuses accumulated by an underage Player will be disbursed under any circumstances.

5. Account Security

6. Deposits

The following terms govern all deposit transactions made by Players on the cb2222 Platform:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered exclusively in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cb2222 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds applicable at the time of deposit.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. cb2222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Withdrawals

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made by Players on the cb2222 Platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the cb2222 Account. No third-party withdrawals will be made under any circumstances.
• Completion of KYC identity verification is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager freely but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• cb2222 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval confirmation, subject to the processing timeframes of the receiving payment provider.
• cb2222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times beyond the standard target period. Players will be notified if such checks are required.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

cb2222 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by the specific terms of an individual offer:

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of cb2222 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to any Wagering Requirements that have already been commenced by the Player.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, email address, telephone number, and payment method, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• cb2222 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal cap to winnings generated from Bonus play. Where such a cap applies, it will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses that are found to have been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour will be voided without notice and the associated Account will be subject to immediate closure.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the individual promotional terms. Bonuses that have not met their Wagering Requirements within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Balance without compensation.

9. Game Rules

All games available on the cb2222 Platform operate under the rules established by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wager. The following general conditions apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. cb2222 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all wagers placed in the affected round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance. No winnings will be awarded in respect of a malfunctioned round.
• In-play sports betting markets are subject to the settlement rules of the relevant sports provider. cb2222 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cb2222 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of Balance:

• Registration of more than one Account by a single individual;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities;

11. Account Suspension and Closure

cb2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the timeframe requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by an individual under the age of 18;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the registered Player;
• Identification of the Player on a recognised problem gambling self-exclusion register.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, cb2222 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Player (for example, voluntary closure at the Player's request), the verified Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Responsible Gaming

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Amendments to These Terms
